Meet Jenny

Jenny Mak is a highly trained psychotherapist who specializes in counseling and therapy for adolescents, families, and children aged six and older. With eight years of experience in private practice and two years as a school counselor, Jenny has developed expertise in addressing a range of issues such as parent-child conflict, family conflict, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, and life transitions.

Jenny’s approach is creative and participatory, and she is extremely passionate about her profession. She is well-known for her ability to establish an immediate and trusting relationship with clients, which is crucial for fostering collaboration and facilitating long-term beneficial change.

Jenny assists clients in developing a better understanding of themselves, which helps reduce the pain caused by personal challenges. Her dedication and expertise have made her a highly sought-after therapist in her community.
